The mission of Therapy for Black Girls is to sustain and grow an engaged community centered on the mental health needs of Black women and girls. We perform this mission by creating resources, content, and experiences designed to present information in a way that feels relevant and accessible.



The Minds of Men

The Minds of Men is a Facebook group that acts as a safe space for men to receive or give help to like minded men. We share without judgement, and help when it is most needed. if you feel like you need a place where you go to get something off of your chest, or to simply get a different perspective, please join us.

Individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) have a 13 times higher risk for suicide than those without OUD. To spread awareness we recently published an educational guide on suicide and OUD, high-risk populations, causes, prevention, what to do if a loved one is showing signs of being at risk of self-harm or suicide, and more.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We're committed to improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals, advancing professional best practices, and building awareness.
