The Minds of Men

The Minds of Men is a Facebook group that acts as a safe space for men to receive or give help to like minded men. We share without judgement, and help when it is most needed. if you feel like you need a place where you go to get something off of your chest, or to simply get a different perspective, please join us.

Individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) have a 13 times higher risk for suicide than those without OUD. To spread awareness we recently published an educational guide on suicide and OUD, high-risk populations, causes, prevention, what to do if a loved one is showing signs of being at risk of self-harm or suicide, and more.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We're committed to improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals, advancing professional best practices, and building awareness.
